Monticello, wineries, parks/natural areas and other attractions are all moments away.

South-facing front windows provide a light-filled atmosphere all day long; while back deck in a flower/tree-filled, sizeable fenced-in backyard surrounded by a safe and quiet neighborhood make this home a private, wonderful place to relax.

First bedroom has a queen bed, while the second has a sofa bed and queen air mattress plus a small desk and media center - may be used as an office area, media/game room, and/or generally for more space to spread out (or for those nights when you just need to kick your partner out for snoring).

Central AC/heating, as well as fast and reliable Ting internet connection. Small driveway at front of home, plus free street parking in the neighborhood. Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) stop a 5 minute walk.
