The Dogs have taken over.. No respect for those of us afraid of them and were there for a relaxing time. They were jumping on us as we were getting coffee in the lobby, barking in elevators and barking in the night.. Just disgusting. They were even allowed on the furniture and in eating areas!

We have stayed here before and really love the amenities the decor, the architecture and most of all the friendly staff especially Catherine, Taylor, and Cortney. The food is really delicious.

All of the staff was extremely outgoing and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. We loved the room - very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would say that could be improved is notifying people that they had an option to park without using the valet service and if they chose to use it there would be a daily fee.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Kimpton The Forum Hotel was top-notch. Check-in was quick, easy, and handled with professionalism. The valet service was a great convenience, especially with parking, and made our arrival stress-free. Our room was spotless, including the bathroom, which we really appreciated. You cancelled our reservation at check in time. I booked 2 months in advance. It was my wife’s retirement celebration and we were going to the Chris Stapleton concert. I booked it because of the quality of the hotel and we could walk to the concert. Totally ruined that.
