Step outside to the semi-private deck and garden, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom. The bedrooms are designed for relaxation, each featuring a queen-size bed, extra pillows, and high-quality linens. Ample storage space is available under the beds. Additional amenities include a Smart TV with cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine, rice cooker, and toaster. Parking is available for one car off-property, with additional free street parking during specific times.

Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze from our downtown townhouse! You'll find convenient public transportation options nearby, allowing easy access to all Charlottetown has to offer. While we don't have dedicated public transit stops directly outside, the central location means you're within a comfortable walking distance of several bus routes. For those arriving by air, the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is a short drive away, approximately 10 minutes by car or taxi. Parking is available for one car off-property, and free street parking is available during specific times. During winter months, guests are encouraged to utilize the parking spots provided a block away on Grafton street. Please note that during snow days, parking at the Park & Ride lot on Grafton streetis mendatory due to snow removal operations.



Other Things to Note:

During storm/snow days, guests will have to park at the PARK&RIDE parking lot 2blocks away on Grafton st.

We chose it because it was pet friendly..but we found the exterior shabby, lawn wasn’t mowed, no flowers or landscaping, homeless people down the street. Provisioning was meagre..we ran out of bathroom tissue and sugar after four days, no body wash, no trash bags. Broken dishwasher, broken patio umbrella, broken slats on the horizontal blinds as well as dust. Washing machine would not function on the “whites” setting. Spiders on the stove.Black mould in the bathroom grouting, rotting baseboard in the bathroom, improper wifi access code posted in the living room. Lacking in both property management and hospitality.

Had great stay at 6 Edward st Charlottetown, PEI. We were there for a memorial service for a relative and all 4 events were within 5 miles of our location. It was super convenient. The condo was very clean and adequately stocked. AC in bedrooms and on main floor which was much needed as it was extremely humid. We would highly recommend this unit for 2 to 4 adults or family of 4 if kids can share bedroom.

Great location and well equipped home. Maybe a chair or larger couch in living room to accommodate 3 or 4 people more comfortably- other than that minor quibble, a very enjoyable stay!

Pros: 1 km from Queen St. downtown and the bed was comfortable. Cons: 1) backyards was not fenced so the dog had to be leased 2) The car could not be park on the street during the day and had to be placed in a wide open parking lot 3 blocks away. 3) Its was hot the first few nights and the screens were out of most of the window even in the bedrooms so mosquito had access and unsafe. 2 air conditions on the premises but owner would not put them in or 2 floor bedroom screens. 4) No coffee pot available although a cleaning person did come over with some Keurig pods. 5) Advertised Netflix, no Netflix. Amazon video but the sound on the TV was very poor. I think the speakers are going. Overall the cost of this VRBO is not worth it as the picture are deceiving and the place is much small then you think. Advertised to accommodate 4 people with one couch that you could possible squeeze 3 people on and no other furniture except the kitchen table and chairs. Disappointing!

Charlottetown Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean, very comfortable property. Well stocked and located within a short walk to great dining places and shopping. The property is very well managed and everything was as described or better. The manager was extremely quick to respond to our questions and eager to help. The location also provided easy access to highways and routes to different regions of PEI. Would certainly return to this rental on our next visit.

We arrived just before the Hurricane. We had no power for 2 days and the owner refunded 2 nights accommodation. Unfortunately we were forced to leave 4 days early as there was no gas and only emergency vehicles allowed on the roads. We thought a full refund or offer of an 8 night stay the following year would have been appropriate.

Awesome Location!

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our accommodation. We stayed for 4 weeks in August and one of the best parts was the location (15 min walking distance to downtown restaurants/harbour, 25 min to Victoria Park). The location is also a great starting point if you want to drive to beaches or tourist destinations (35 min to Montague, 20 min to Tracadie and Dalvay, 25 min to Brackley, ~30 min to Cavendish) Hosts went above and beyond in being responsive and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend for couples or groups looking for a quiet, clean, downtown location with a backyard. Thanks Juan!

All the essentials but very hot!

The property and reviews were accurate, so we expected to be hot (29 C outside, no AC and strangely the fans did not seem to move much air (although they were working hard and loud). Small couch for a family of four to hang out to rest, but also as shown in property description so we weren't surprised. Short 10 min walk to downtown Charlottetown. Juan provides lots of thoughtful extras that make what could just an ok stay good.

A clean well located property.

This property is clean and well maintained. The host/property manager is prompt/responsive and helpful when posed any questions. Unfortunately our stay was shortened due to an unexpected illness of a family member and the need to return home. The property is reasonably closed to downtown (walkable) and perfect for travel with a dog. The backyard is great, (Bar-B-Q is very basic) and their is a nice public park/garden within a block. Overall the house is basic in its furnishings. Perhaps not an issue in spring or fall but with no air conditioning the house was extremely hot in during our stay. Upon arrive the house registered 34 degrees C and with all windows open, fans running and cool nights it took a day to get the temperature down to 26C. Consequently, the second floor bedrooms were very warm and with windows needing to be open street noise (being close to downtown) especially at night was an issue.
