Unfortunately crib wasn’t in our room even though we confirmed with the property that they would make sure it was in our room a few times. They did fix this but the pack and play they brought was very dated and lots of stains on it with rips in the mesh. No elevator which made it very tricky to get to the second floor with our many large suitcases. Otherwise hotel was ok.

No elevator. Room was ok but noisy mostly because a lot of the room doors in the complex squeaked when they were open and closed. Nothing a can of wd40 couldn’t fix.

NO ELEVATOR. No bath mat. Tub has clearly not been scrubbed in a while. Towels were not bleached so many had marks on them. When packing up, I noticed a huge stain on the duvet. I'd actually rate this a 2.5 if that was an option. Otherwise, the room was spacious and quiet. If their cleaning protocols improves, I'd stay here again despite no elevator.

Great location, close to McD, Walmart, Home Depot, Princess Auto. Lots of food options, which helped us, as we visited during off-peak... Great, friendly staff. Breakfast was included for us, and choices were good.
