The room itself was good. The facilities within the room were insufficient. Toiletries poor, consisting of 2 hair conditioners. No room coffee or bottled water . There was a notice saying they were adhering to covid rules and that there wouldn’t be a bed making, cleaning & facilities re stock during your stay. We found this totally unacceptable. All covid restrictions have been removed by Canada . If true concern was still your concern, why don’t your staff wear masks, why do you only offer coffee & tea facilities in the main reception shared by everyone with know antibacterial products on these shared tables. Plus sealed water bottles to your guests . Have know adherence to covid for your dining facilities? Your staff were great , breakfast was great, we won’t be returning because of your bedroom housekeeping policy and lack of facilities.
