Its rooms are small and basic but everything is classy. Who needs a tv anyway when you have wifi and your own laptop or iPhone? Reminded me of upscale dorm room.

Clean. No info prior to checking in listing what is excluded in your room. No tv or in room coffee. Other people checking in were surprised as well. One plastic chair. 24 hr notice for bedding change. Staff were excellent. Don’t know if we would stay there again.

Proximity to the Waterfront with nearby parking available for a reasonable price. Friendly hospitable staff made an interesting stopover in a vibrant downtown atmosphere. Well Done Folks!

Small rooms, in the current style of compact stays. Room was nice, clean and staff were nice. It's right downtown in Charlottetown and it's a lovely, walkable area. Love this place. There's even an indie rep cinema in the basement!

Good value for the location. All the areas of Charlottetown one would want to visit are within a short walk. The rooms are small-ish, but the bed is large & comfortable. There is no TV, but knew that going in. The staff & front desk were helpful & friendly.

As soon as we saw it, by slipping in a door, while someone exited, no front desk, dark hallways. Very unsafe area. We instantly left. Only one of 3 nights were refunded. Poor choice and very unacceptable result for a terrible experience

This hotel looks new. Its rooms are modern and clean. HOWEVER, the rooms are also TINY and give new meaning to minimilist. There is no clock, no tv and no phone. If you want a hair dryer, you have to go to reception. If none of that matters to you, it's near all the local attractions.

This hotel sells itself as a minimalist hotel but it might go too far. Our room is barely bigger than our bed, there are no lamps - just overhead lighting, no screens on the windows and the door to the hall has at least a 1/2 inch gab at the bottom so you can hear everything and the hall light shines in the room. It is in a good location for restaurants and walking around though.

Warning! Read the hotel description carefully! I missed the fact that they are a “minimalist” hotel. This means you get a bed, a table, a chair and a bathroom - nothing else - including service! We reported a broken toilet seat as soon as we checked in and 3 days later on check-out, it remained unfixed. The mattress was great, but with room only being 7.5 to 8 feet wide, if you get stuck with the wrong side of the bed, you will have to learn the pidgeon-tow shuffle to get around the bed in the 10 to 11 inch gap between the bed and the wall. It became a bit of a joke between my wife and I (of course I got stuck with learning the shuffle). The room was mostly clean but they use an open shower so water goes everywhere and, of course, they don’t clean the room so you have to clean it yourself to prevent slippage. The lack of daily cleaning also leaves a breeding ground for mildew in the shower. It has some potential, but I will never stay there again.
