Nice property and staff were very helpful. Close to the downtown shopping waterfront area and easily walkable. Great park and boardwalk two blocks west. Breakfast was fine - nothing fancy, standard continental fare. Appreciate the gluten free options.

The location of this hotel is fantastic — right in the heart of everything, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff were also excellent: friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the noise levels really affected our experience. The soundproofing between rooms (and possibly from the hallway/street) was poor, and it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep due to how loud it was. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be something to consider. Overall, it’s a charming hotel with great service and location, but the lack of noise insulation is a major downside.

We loved the walkable location in downtown Charlottetown. The property and room was very clean, our bed was great. Deluxe breakfast was good, warm food was repetitive and lacked variety. Would I stay again? Yes!

This is an inn with outside access only unless you book a suite but yet you call it a hotel. I had to carry my suitcase up 2 floors outside, with 1 floor being inside. Dealing with an injury to my spine and did not expect to have to do that. Beds were good, room was clean, but the walk to the room on the outside balcony was disgusting. Outdoor carpet was 30 years old, or at least it looked that way. Bathroom - the door just made it past the toilet. Shower was nice but very dated. Odd sink placement in the bathroom made it awkward. This place needs to advertise its rooms better. 10 days on the east coast, stayed at golf resorts, classic old hotels, and this was the most expensive stay. 450$ for the most disappointing stay of our trip. It was 100 more than our other 5 hotels. Again, this is not a hotel.
