Charming 2-bedroom cottage, pet friendly, fenced yard, near Fox River!

Entire home included in your stay, big fenced in yard that is pet friendly! Updated, clean, most of the home was just remodeled. Central Air. 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds. 1 full bathroom. Laundry room with Washer & Dryer. All hard surface flooring throughout (no carpet), kitchen has new appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, quartz counters, all utensils stocked and available. There's a dining space with 4 chairs. Comfortable living room with windows, couch and recliner, and wall mounted Smart TV. Each of the bedrooms offer a queen sized bed. Patio with 4 chairs/table/umbrella, propane grill, outdoor space is plentiful. We have a bags set included as well. Firepit (solo stove, bring your own wood). The driveway can comfortably park 2 cars, maybe a 3rd. If you have a small boat that you're towing, that would fit too depending on it's size. We're located less than 5 minutes from: Fox River boat launch, Sideouts in Island Lake, The Broken Oar, Walgreens and more! Jewel in Island Lake is 10 min away. You're in a great location with lots to do!
