Your cozy getaway awaits in Pendleton at this marvelous house. We think our place will help you experience everything Pendleton has to offer.

Single story home, open concept, w/ split bedroom floor plan. This home is equipped with everything you need, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a coffee bar with starter coffees and fixings, a snack basket, essential toiletries, linens, and washer/dryer!

The kitchen comes with coffeemaker (drip and Keurig), dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, filtered water faucet, and bar seating. The dining area is close by and seats 8. Enjoy the water views while seated here and/or catch a glimpse of a beautiful sunset during dinner.

The living room has reclining couches to prop your feet up and relax or watch the 65” flat screen smart TV. There’s an electric fireplace for those chillier evenings as well as black out curtains to set the ambiance for the TV watching experience.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a King bed with a 65” Smart TV. All other bedrooms have queen beds and also have smart TV's mounted on the wall - the front bedroom has a twin trundle, and a rollaway twin bed is stored in the extra-large master closet. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with seating available if needed.

Step outside onto the private patio with barbeque grill, fire table and fenced in backyard. This area gives a great view of beautiful sunsets. Just outside the gate is the path that will take you the short distance around the lake to the community pool/playground. This paved pathway runs through the entire housing addition and is great for biking, jogging or an evening stroll.
We do have a 2 car garage. We do not provide a remote.

We allow 2 well behaved pets (dogs and cats only) - must be hypoallergenic (no shedding) and weigh less than 20 lbs each. Pet fee is $100. Please clean up after your pet. We will charge an extra $40 to clean up pet poo and $50 extra to clean up pet hair. Please crate your animals if they are left alone.

This house is absolutely adorable—very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. My favorite touch was the towel folded into the shape of an elephant on the oven, which made us smile right away.The owner went above and beyond by providing snacks, bottled water, and coffee. This was a huge plus since we arrived later than expected and didn’t have time to get groceries right away.Although we weren’t at the house much because of the wedding events we were in town for, we found the beds and couch to be very comfortable. The house also had board games available, which we didn’t get a chance to use, but it was a nice extra touch.One small note for future guests: if you’re particular about water taste, you may want to bring extra bottled water.Overall, this home was adorable, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
