Relax in one of the 4 bathrooms, complete with a shower and jetted bathtub. An enormous living room with a sofa bed provides additional space for relaxation with numerous chairs and couches. In this massive living room, enjoy a fire while playing foosball, watching TV, or eating dinner. There is also a separate Ping-Pong room to enjoy during your stay. A great place to call homebase while you're away on your boat exploring local restaurants like Skippers or Ripley Boat club. Visit the Manchester Islands under an hour away or dock in Maysville exploring local eateries within walking distance from the public docks. Enjoy fine dining in the evening at Caproni's on the River or DeSha's within a 10 minute drive in Maysville. For a longer river cruise, explore Augusta, Kentucky 13 miles down river using their public dock to explore this quaint small town with wonderful places for breakfast lunch or dinner. Bring firewood to relax outside along the river by the firepit and watch river traffic meander by. Or, sit in the hot tub on the massive deck and enjoy the view. This part of the river is just beautiful! You can drive 5 hours to other lakes, and spend a lot more money, but this property is well worth the $. There is a free boat ramp just 2 miles away in Aberdeen, and you can store your trailer onsite.
