Basic accommodation and food

Pros: The staff were friendly.
Cons: Put a kettle in the rooms, give more choice at breakfast, improve dinner, allow people to book parking spaces in advance, replace tired carpets
Location: The cathedral was well worth a visit and the evening light show was spectacular. The shopping area was lovely. The Abba concert was absolutely great!
The hotel was clean (though the stair carpet had seen better days) and was well positioned for visiting Chartres. The room had no tea/coffee making facilities and was fairly basic but clean. The dinner was served without delay but the steak was extremely tough and the hamburger not well cooked even though that was requested. Breakfast was very disappointing and poor value for the price. Driving access to the parking was very tricky to negotiate but very secure if you were lucky enough to get a space. Sadly, not a hotel I'm planning to revisit.

Great location, beautiful short walk into town.

Pros: Good amenities & location. There's an open sided lower terrace which was delightful. We used the restaurant once & found it surprisingly good.
Cons: We arrived (after a very long journey) about an hour before check-in, & were turned away until official check in time.
Location: Chartres Cathedral is amazing, take the extra tour up the tower, it's around 5 Euros, fascinating, with jaw-dropping views. Night light show awesome.

Hôtel a été agréable et très bien placé

Bon hotel, propre très bien placé. Néanmoins la chambre pour 3 personnes (parents plus un petit bebe) a été organisé dans un si petit espace qu'il était presque impossible de circuler dans la chambre. Le troisième lit bloquait entièrement le passage ce qui est dommage. On aurait dû avoir une chambre légèrement plus grande pour pouvoir circuler un minimum quand même.
