Mas of the 16th century, renovated respecting the old, with beautiful views of the countryside. Very quiet, bordering hamlet.
Heated swimming pool 11m x 5m with alarm (June to September) and wooden terrace, enclosed garden, gas grill and pizza oven.
On the ground floor, vaulted living stone, very large kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob, fridge, separate freezer in summer kitchen) and toilet.

master suite consists of a bedroom with a bed 160 * 190, shower room - sink and a desk with a bed of 1 person facing terrace,

2 adjoining rooms with double beds (140 * 190), one with a baby bed

Vacances ardéchoises

Très bel endroit, au calme, en pleine nature. Vue exceptionnelle sur les environs. Logement atypique et plein de charme. De grandes chambres, une belle cuisine, une cuisine d’été. Une très belle et grande piscine. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil : propriétaire sympathique, pas trop loin si besoin mais malgré tout très discret. Secteur très agréable, beaucoup de belles randonnées à proximité ainsi que de beaux villages. De belles vacances !!!

Wonderful landscape, perfect Pool, very unique House

Really great location in an old charming house with a lot of space. Gets really hot in there in summertime (no aur condition), but there was a really wonderful pool with cool water. A lot of kitchen stuff was there, perfect for cooking with friends. More toilets would be better, if you are a big group. Nevertheless a nice stay.

Sérieusement, cet endroit est prodigieux... Pour vous dire, nous étions 8 adultes et c'est à l'unanimité que nous plébiscitons, même si c'est très retiré et donc isolé d'un point de vue pratique, mais c'est dû au fait que nous venons de Belgique et que les distances ne sont pas proportionnellement comparables, mais c'est en tout cas la première fois qu'un endroit de vacances fait l'unanimité dans la famille... Merci à Antoine et à toute sa famille Et à bientôt j'espère !!!

Maison du bonheur

L'endroit parfait pour un séjour en famille : la piscine chauffée, le ping-pong et la terrasse dans le même vaste espace, la cuisine ultra fonctionnelle et super bien équipée, les chambres aux bonnes dimensions, le charme de la vieille et magnifique bâtisse... Le tout avec une vue sublime dans un magnifique bout du monde tout près du village classé de Chassiers. Pas de voisinage mais une belle campagne où se promener tout autour. Jolie ville dynamique de Largentière avec super boulangerie et très bon boucher à 15 mns en voiture. On s'est tout de suite senti chez nous grâce à l'accueil d'Antoine. Merci !

Le charme des vieilles pierres dans un site magnifique

Un vieux mas rénové avec goût dans un style médiéval bien soutenu par une ferronnerie de type marocain sans ostentation et s'y marriant bien. La vue est splendide et vraiment imprenable. Le calme absolu règne sur la propriété du matin au soir et il n'est troublé que par les cigales, les loriots du petit matin, quelques bêllements de moutons et chèvres en journée et le joli concert de grenouilles à la tombée de la nuit. La piscine de belle taille est parfaite, ainsi que son pourtour en bois et sa vaste tonnelle qui permet de lézarder à l'ombre. La tonnelle principale, attenante au local abritant le four à pizza à l'ancienne et le BBQ à charbon, est couverte de vigne. C'est super agréable matin, midi et soir. Plancha électrique (Krampouz, une des meilleures qui soient), frigidaires, congélateurs, four, micro-ondes, grille pain, cafetières, LL, SL, LV, grille pain, batterie de casserole, plats, ........... rien de manque. La propriétaire et son fils Antoine sont prévenants et à l'écoute. Merci à vous deux Bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très très bon séjour.
