Charming 15th-Century Cottage in Vineyard with Terrace, Bikes & EV Charging
This 15th-century building, converted into two gîtes (shared entrance), is located in the heart of the vineyards near a country inn. It features a private patio with a terrace and a 300 m² shared garden. Two adult bicycles and two mountain bikes (shared between both gîtes) are available.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine living room with pellet stove, three bedrooms (one with two 90x190 cm beds, two with one 160x200 cm bed, and three with two 90x190 cm beds), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities include a freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, complete baby equipment, a stereo system, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and Wi-Fi access.
Included: sheets (beds made upon arrival) and towels.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, pellets, mandatory cleaning fee (€90), and tourist tax.
Pets: €100 deposit.
Electric scooter rental available (see conditions with the owner). Eco-défis label (environmental approach).
Charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles: €5/day.
