Luxury Vineyard Cottage with Modern Amenities Near Nantes
15th-century building converted into two gîtes (shared entrance), located in the heart of the vineyards and near a country inn. Private garden with terrace and shared 300 m² garden. 2 adult bicycles and 2 mountain bikes (shared by both gîtes) are available.
Living room (pellet stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with two 90x190 cm beds, the other with one 160x200 cm bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, complete baby equipment, stereo system, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and Wi-Fi access.
Included: sheets (beds made upon arrival) and towels.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, pellets, mandatory cleaning fee (€55), and tourist tax.
Pets: €100 deposit.
Electric scooter rentals are available (see terms and conditions with the owner). Eco-Challenges certified (environmental approach).
Nantes is 17 km away.
Charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles: €5/day.
