15 km from Nantes and 20 km from Clisson, in a quiet area, charming little gîte adjoining the owners' house and close to the owners' winery. Another gîte for 4 people on the site, completely independent. Private parking on the property.
9x4 m covered and heated swimming pool (April to the end of September) shared by the owners and the other gîte. Shared table tennis available. Private enclosed terrace of 16 m², facing south/east.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room (quality 140x190 sofa bed).
Upstairs: bedroom (160x200 bed) open to the bathroom and separate toilet.
Equipment included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, washer-dryer and complete baby equipment on request.
All inclusive: electric heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom and household linen.
Cleaning option (€50). Tourist tax extra.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
