Pleasant mill house on the banks of the Sioule river, located in the Massif Central in Auvergne in Châteauneuf-les-Bains.
Near the Regional Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Puy de Sancy, the lakes of Auvergne and Vichy.

Country of wide open spaces with the CHAINE DES PUYS and its 80 volcanoes over 32km which has just been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Sioule valley, a beautiful river with magnificent landscapes, valleys, granite plateaus bordering the river.
And wooded areas, offer striking contrasts that will delight nature lovers.

Newly restored and decorated with a kitchen and living room of 28 m2 opening onto a balcony with a superb view of the river and the reach of the mill.

It will make you appreciate the calm and tranquility.
