- 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), each with a TV and private bathroom; In one of them, an office area equipped with a desktop PC, ideal for teleworking if necessary.
- 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (2 single beds and 2 double beds (140x200))
- 1 separate bathroom
- 1 separate toilet
FLOOR 1:
- 1 spacious living room bathed in light, with a cozy lounge, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen
- 1 laundry room with a toilet
- 1 access to a south-facing terrace offering unobstructed mountain views
FLOOR 2 (Mezzanine):
- 1 relaxation area or play area, perfect for children or relaxing moments
PARKING AND EQUIPMENT FOR PRIVATE USE:
- 2 outdoor parking spaces, one of which is covered under a carport
- 1 electric vehicle charging station
- 1 large ski room
IMPORTANT: Although the area benefits from a snow removal contract, snow equipment is mandatory in order to Access to the Chalet.
