The property consists of two connected apartments, featuring 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a trundle bed, plus 2 living rooms each with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets.
You'll have 2 kitchens, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Each apartment has a TV, Wi-Fi, 2 baby beds, and a high chair. Self check-in is available via a key box. Two ski lockers are also provided on the same level.
Enjoy a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and relaxing mountain views—perfect for dining or drinks. The ESF "Les Marmotons" center is nearby. The village center and Châtel's ski areas are connected by free shuttle buses, with a stop at the residence entrance.
Two or three free parking spaces are available in front of the building. In summer, guests can request the "Multi-Pass Portes du Soleil" at a special rate. In winter, discounts on ski equipment rental are offered through a partnership with a local shop.
The apartment is non-smoking. Pets and parties are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be provided on request for an extra charge. Alternatively, please bring your own. Cleaning is included; you are simply asked to tidy and clean the kitchen area (cutlery and dishes) and dispose of your waste in the designated semi-underground containers in the resort upon departure.
