Never again!
Communication with Cedric was sparse. He speaks neither English nor German as it states on the site! We communicated via google translate when he bothered to communicate at all! The information regarding the checking in process was received with less than 24 hours to arrival. Vrbo were of no use in tracking him down and l had to rely on Interchalet to help me.
The apartment was barely clean. Dirty old clothes were left in the children’s room. We had to hoover, dust and throw out dirty kitchen cloths! We had to buy all cleaning products. Don’t expect anything at all to be in the apartment ready for your arrival.
The balcony area where we could have sat in the evening sun was in desperate need of repair. The furniture is old, rusty and dirty.
On one occasion there was no hot water at all and despite contacting Cedric several times, he did not reply.
Deeply disappointing for the amount of money it cost to stay.
We will never stay again and sue to the lack of help from Vrbo- l will never use their site again and will advise all friends and family to use other providers who are far more reliable!
