This superb house with reversible air conditioning is located on Boulevard de la Mer in Châtelaillon Plage.
Exceptional property due to its quality and location.
Welcome to a charming house, facing the sea, completely renovated and tastefully furnished. The furniture is of high quality and the materials are of the highest quality.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped custom-made open kitchen, ideal for preparing good meals with friends or family. It consists of a conventional oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker and a filter coffee maker, a double toaster, a kettle, and a Cookéo. The living room is right next door to share a friendly moment. It is comfortably furnished with several sofas and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing and spending friendly moments.
Two toilets, one on each floor.
Upstairs, you will find three beautiful bedrooms, very nicely decorated and all with a sea view.
The master bedroom (160 cm bed) with its office area and custom-made dressing room.
The second bedroom (160 cm bed) with storage furniture and small balcony and a third bedroom (also 160 cm bed) and chest of drawers.
The bathroom has an Italian shower, a double sink and a towel dryer.
At the back of the house, a wooden terrace, fitted with garden furniture to spend pleasant moments outside. A small courtyard where you can park your car.
The house also has a garage where you can transport bicycles, windsurfing boards, etc.
