The first floor unveils an open living plan featuring a family room, dining room, kitchen, and a recently renovated full bathroom with a shower, along with the convenience of a washer/dryer. Step through a sliding glass door from the dining area to an outdoor haven with a gas grill and a table for al fresco dining.

Ascend to the second floor to find two spacious, sun-soaked bedrooms adorned with high, airy ceilings. The primary bedroom, complete with a queen bed and a dedicated workspace for remote endeavors, opens to a deck with sweeping views of the water and the Outermost Harbor Marina. Savor a beverage at the high-top table (seats 4) or unwind in one of the 2 loungers while relishing the picturesque sunrise or sunset. The second bedroom features a full over full bunk-bed with a twin trundle bed and offers both water views and a charming vista of the Chatham Lighthouse.

3 night minimums available off season with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Parking strictly limited to two cars (overage could be subject to being towed at car owners expense), and a non-refundable $250.00 fee, covering administrative and damage waiver assurance, plus applicable state and local taxes, ensures a worry-free stay.
