Just behind the sofa, you'll discover a well-appointed coffee station, complete with glassware and dinnerware for four.

The open kitchen seamlessly connects to the living area and conceals a brand new washer and dryer within closet doors. You'll have full access to this entire unit (the right side of a duplex) as well as the unfenced lawn space directly outside of your unit.

Glenwood is a quiet, working class neighborhood that is super convenient to Downtown Chattanooga, South Side, and all of the main expressways. As with any city property, please be aware of your surroundings and lock up behind you and make sure to leave valuables out of plain sights when parking your car.
