Very nice property conveniently located less than 10 minutes to downtown and the waterfront. About a 20 minute drive from the airport. There is a Publix grocery store and a Walgreens less than 5 minutes away. The property itself is in a small and very quiet neighborhood of townhomes. This is a three floor unit with the main living space on the middle floor. The primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king bed are on top and the second bedroom with queen bed are on the entry level. This gives a lot of privacy for couples or families. The main living space and primary bedroom have porches which we enjoyed spending time on. A spacious kitchen with a large island and every kitchen gadget you can imagine as well as lots of pots and pans make it great for cooking. There is a small dining table and chairs but we managed to get four adults and two kids around it so all good. Roku TVs in both bedrooms and both living spaces with a better than average selection of viewing options. Beds were comfy and we noticed roll out beds in both bedrooms although we didn’t use them. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. Ample parking directly in front of of unit. Check in was a breeze and communication was great. Would stay again.
