First Floor- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with half bath

Family weekend w our college kids

We were in Chat for a family weekend. The location to downtown, UTC campus, and Southside was perfect. The house was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the balcony and walking distance to restaurants We have stayed in Chat many times but this has been one of our favorites. Cant wait to stay again.

Perfect location!

Home was very pretty and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect and close to everything. We had a couple little issues but the owner was very responsive and fixed all of our issues. We will definitely stay again.

Overnight get-away

We enjoyed the condo. We got our exercise walking up and down the stairs. A different sort of layout but rather inventive the way the unit is designed to accommodate more than one couple.
