Beyond awesome!!

Our stay was excellent! Everything in the hotel was clean and beautiful. When I booked my stay I made a mistake on the days and didn't realize I went through a third party for booking but the staff at the hotel went over and above to correct my reservation for me.

The staff at Drury Plaza is amazing!!! By far, the friendliest and most helpful hospitality staff I've ever experienced. My friends and I were greeted with enthusiasm and provided with guest welcome bags. Also, I've never been in a hotel that offers complimentary dinner, snacks, and adult beverages! There is an atmosphere of community and fellowship, and I know that's because of the staff and culture of the hotel.

I love the spacious room and the location was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The kickback options I wish were a little better. I stayed several days and had tacos two different nights. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely prefer to stay at any Drury versus other hotel chains.

The hotel was very nice. The only complaint I have is that there was no hot breakfast. There was nothing in the warmers at all (except water.) I was looking forward to giving my kids better quality than they’re used to as far as hotel breakfasts, but was disappointed to be honest. It was the same as a lower quality hotel since there was absolutely no hot food.

Free Breakfast-Sausage patty ,biscuit,gravy,powdered eggs,juice and toast. The food is not home made, so don’t expect that. Evening Social- Each night a theme night. Mon-Italian,Tue-Taco,Wednesday-American etc. I found this great, because after traveling you don’t feel like going out. American night had burger sliders,hot dogs, and nachos. Taco night was nachos, tacos, hot dogs. Social is 5:30-7:30. We had a room with living room. Great because 2 tvs and a door between. This location is great. Right near the mall and lots of restaurants. This hotel is great for people traveling on a budget. Your getting 2 meals included.
