The hotel had a smart tv which I liked. Also the room was comfy with the efficient kitchen area by my bed. However the parking was terrible, and the attendant did not explain that the keycard was needed for the elevator .

Enjoyed my stay

This is a great hotel. Only complaint was the need for more parking but I’m assuming they are working on this after construction in the area is completed. Definitely staying here again.

This hotel is beautiful and new. The service, staff and breakfast is wonderful. The bartender Brad is so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He makes a really good strawberry margarita. We stayed four nights to explore Chattanooga and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and welcome. Five stars!!!

I love the design of the room. It was nice and clean and everything appeared to be in order. I didn't get to eat breakfast, but it was packed. Parking was tight, but not terrible.

Our room was large enough to be comfortable. The shades made it very easy to fall asleep, even when we took a nap in the middle of the day. The desk lamp was amazing.

Everything was clean! We stayed overnight to rest as a halfway pont of our drive from Illinois to Florida. We are all impressed with the amenities at this place. First, they kept the environment in mind with recycled fish nets for carpet and filters on the sink faucet! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Not ONE hair was found! There is a Brita water station in the halls and breakfast is delicious! Eggs are made to order and the server was awesome! There is a bar/restaurant as well! The staff was friendly and the room was huge! It's fully equipped for longer stays with fridge, stove, pots and pans and even has a dishwasher! Lastly, the view was AMAZING from the 6th floor! This will be our place to go when we travel again, and we've already booked again for our drive back home to Illinois! Maybe we'll get in the pool next time. Great job Westin! Element Chattanooga is doing it right! 😊 All of this was for a reasonable price!
