Loved having a kitchen and all the room but bathroom had a lot of hair, towels were stained badly, breakfast was not well stocked, had no paper coffee cups and no one se seemed to care.
Power went off in room with use of hotel hair dryer. Got it back on and tv volume wouldn’t turn up. Maintenance man gone and they had no solution. Got tv ack on but we were unable to get volume up.
I never made it to see the room due to a health issue and no one reached out to me nor was I able to reschedule my stay but the hotel charged me for the stay. I reached out to do a claim over a week ago and have not heard from anyone.
I did not like being on the lower floor with children running overhead. I called the front desk but I’m not sure if they called the room. It seemed to get louder and lasted most of the night
