The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep. The tub faucet leaked but was fixed immediately upon reporting it to the front desk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping and fast food.

Room carpet and hallway carpets were filthy. Breakfast wasn't replenished with plenty of time left. Staff was not friendly. Beds were very hard and pillows very soft. AND the hot water didn't make it to the 4th floor.
