The property is beautiful. Definitely a good value for the money. High scale definitely. I wasn't real enthusiastic about the menu in the restaurant and neither of the restaurants close by was really what we were in the mood for. I didn't like having to pay $18.00 to park. Oddly though, we would stay there again without hesitation. My best friend thought everything was superb.

Overall fine but really loud until really late

Overall the stay was fine except for the fact that there was an extreme amount of noise in the lobby until almost 11pm that we could hear in our room and kept my child and I up. I do wish they would’ve encouraged quiet hours. We were on the second floor but one of the first rooms in the hall

This was the first time that we had actually stayed in one of the train cars. They should have a disclaimer on the website saying if you are hot natured then request that the heat be shut off the day of your arrival. We didn’t hardly sleep last night because it was so hot and it took so long to cool off.

Room was very nice. We had a suite. Lots of room. Negative was our internet went out and without it we had no tv. Called front desk multiple times before they finally got around to fixing it. And they did a fire alarm test in the morning, not a fun way to be woken up.

Beautiful Hotel - Room Mix-up + Room Charges

First off, this hotel was beautiful and clean! There were some service issues - We were given the same room number as another couple and had to go downstairs with the couple to get it sorted out. We had to correct the email address and credit card on file, as well. We were all pretty perplexed on how the mix-up happened. Also, we were charged $15 + tax for the StillWater in the room, even though we had VIP perks that gave us each a free beverage. I had to ask twice to get the charge removed. We loved our room once we got the room issues corrected! Everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We’d likely stay there again and hope to not have future issues with our room and bill!
