The Gîte du Petit Bois Joli is a small house adjoining the owners' home, quietly located with a charming view of the countryside (cows, horses), 10 km from the beach, 12 km from Pornic, and 40 km from Nantes.
Private parking is available on the property. A 200 m² terrace and unfenced garden (south-facing).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (high-quality 140x190 sofa bed) and shower room/toilet.
Upstairs/mezzanine: 1 open-plan bedroom (two 80x200cm twin beds).
