Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels in the washing machine.
Please put all garbage in the canister in the shed.
Please lock up and check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If damage occurs during your stay that exceeds security deposit, legal action will be taken against the booking party to recover the remaining costs.
If pets or smoking are found to take place during your stay, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be assessed.
