I wish there was more and better grass for dogs. The facility is old but seemed to be kept up pretty well. I would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, affordable.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable. This is an older facility, but it's been updated. The room was clean, and staff were nice. (The owner[?] might come across as gruff, but he's very, very nice once you talk to him a bit.) I felt safe there, and did not worry about security. The doors do open to the outside, but they all face the courtyard which is monitored.

The room had a terrible bed and smelled overwhelming if air freshener. Something in the made me itchy. The manager was awful, unfriendly, uncaring and unhelpful. Had to move to the car to sleep. Advertised a breakfast but I was told at checkin they did not have one.

Relaxing at the Relax Inn

We had a great stay here over July 4th weekend. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and our room faced the train tracks and we got to relax and watch the trains go by. The coffee shop in the parking is also really good!

The only issue I had was the tub as I am handicapped, which they did not know, and I was unable to use it. Maid service was excellent. It was very quiet.

Weekend in Burnt Ridge MX

Was there for an event and the Relax Inn was what it was relaxing and comfortable. They have done a great job on an older hotel. I would stay there again. Coffee stand right next door and Dennys across the street with people with a great attitude and gas station with snacks.

I picked this motel due to it being a bit further away from the highway to cut down on noise. Nice, family feeling place. My only complaints were that because I'm just 5 ft 2 inches, the security view in the door was way above my head. The curtains didn't quite meet, but I had a clothes pin to keep it totally closed. It would have been nice to have a table and a second chair in our room (7), so we could have ordered something to eat in. These are all very minor. It was a very pretty and pleasant place to stay (we stayed one day down and one day back in our travels). They even let us in early on the way back, so we didn't have to wait a couple of hours to get into our room. Recommended.

It’s not perfect, but it’s not a chain. The rooms were very nice and the Jacuzzi was stellar. I like the back area for my dog and it was very quiet.

No, not ever again

Extremely outdated room. No counterspace in the bathroom. Floor around toilet was soft and rotted. Toilet was industrial style and sweated all over the floor. Shower was in an old bathtub. Carpet was stained and worn.
