Is accidentally booked two nights and only needed one. I made this known right away by chatting Expedia, and was told to speak with the “resort”. They told me to speak with Expedia. I chatted with Expedia, they told me they couldn’t reach the resort after multiple attempts. I spoke with the resort, they condescendingly told me that Expedia never attempted to call them…that they have ZERO missed calls and their “information has been the same for 17 years” and they “ensure their information is updated every year”. Expedia agrees I should be refunded for the second night. The “resort” agrees I should be refunded for the second night. Then I receive an email from Expedia saying that because they have been unable to contact the “resort” I am not getting a refund. Ridiculous. And I go to Chelan 8-10 times a year. I’ll never stay at this resort again unless this gets resolved.

Great birthday weekend getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had large, comfortable rooms with a terrific view. The hotel breakfast was good and the indoor pool was a lot of fun for the whole family. The proximity to the play park was just icing on the cake!

First time staying in this hotel, I usually go to the other side of the lake. The hotel is right off the main road. And it with being outside hotel gets very loud once traffic starts up in the morning. The room was average clean normal beautiful view of the lake. Great location off the lake being that you almost have your own private waterfront . I went during the winter time sure it would be a blast during the summertime!

Very rude guy on service the night of 1/18-19

Some kids were running around and making noice in other rooms. The guy in charge knocked at my door and accused me of it and was very rude. I told him the noise was not from my room, and he rudely insisted it was from my room. While the noise continued to happen, even disturbing us.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and had everything we needed. We slept well in our comfortable beds and then fueled up for the day of adventures with delicious complimentary breakfast. We loved the outdoor hot tubs, and the only tiny complaint we had was the lack of bathrooms at the indoor swimming pools, especially since we stayed in a different building. Overall we loved staying at Lakeside Lodge and Suites and will definitely return!
