When booking a Staycation at The Kings Head, your group will have Exclusive Use of the venue and its facilities. Sleeping 14 in the main venue across multiple bedrooms (including a ground floor master ensuite bedroom) and with extra capacity for three additional guests (vanity room conversion to bedroom).

Essex Stays at The Kings Head guests have full access to;

Unless by prior arrangement with Essex Stays: No larger private parties/events. No pets.
We politely ask all guests to respect our neighbours and vacate the garden and hot tub by 10pm; these facilities are for enjoyment during the day.
After 10pm, guests may enjoy the bar, karaoke room and main venue where noise doesn't travel. Guests who do not comply will lose Cautionary Deposit.
