I don't even know where to start. First off the lady at the front desk was extremely rude every time I spoke to her. Secondly, they charged me over a thousand dollars after i left. I had to call the corporate office to get it refunded. They said they "didn't know I paid on Hotels.com" so they charged us twice. Just awful. I will never stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and orderly as well as the rest of the facility. The staff was very helpful in resolving a payment issues and were always on top of things. I do wish the breakfast was a little better quality but over all i would definitely stay here again!!

Nice hotel but we had issues with the air not working. It wouldn’t get below 76. We called down to the front desk and it went to voicemail. Left a voicemail but no one ever called or came regarding the air conditioning. The only other issue I had was the shower having two conditioners and no shampoo. Luckily, I bring my own just in case.

The property was beautiful as it is clearly brand new. The breakfast was unhealthy with the usual icky choices and the coffee pretty gross. The staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the Internet does not work at all on the fourth floor once you enter your room and no one able to fix it or do anything about it. Quite frankly, when I let the manager know in the morning, Daphine told me that she would let the folks know that they needed to fix it, but never offered me a credit of any kind nor any renumeration. I was not the only one that reported this issues.

Hotels.com sold me this room but when I got to the hotel they said they were overbooked and had no rooms. Hotels.com called the hotel to find out what happened. The night auditor [name redacted due to hotels.com policy] lied to hotels.com claiming I had 3 large dogs and that they did have rooms available. Now they're refusing a refund. I don't have 3 large dogs. I don't even have 3 dogs. The night auditor made this up, I guess as an excuse to not get in trouble for double-booking rooms. Hotels.com is saying it's at the hotel's discretion to give a refund because it was a nonrefundable room. Don't book a room on hotels.com because when you get there, they might have no room available and will make you pay for it anyway.
