On the ground floor: a large 30m² living room with television, a large independent kitchen-diner (fully equipped), a small bedroom reserved for children with two bunk beds (bedroom surface area: 6.04m²), a laundry room with washing machine. The insert is not in operation.

Upstairs: a second bedroom with a 140cm X 190cm bed, a third bedroom with two 90cm X 190cm beds, the bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilets.
