Good Place to Stay

Room was clean and tidy. People working are very friendly and helpful especially the driver who helped us a lot and suggested idea for the easier ways.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Did not get the choice of room or bed. room was tiny, overpriced, lousy locality, dogs barking all night, loud neighbours, lod music pouring from outside (so poor sound proofing), poor food, poor maintenance of room, dirty bed inen, dirty bath, no light in bathroom, no clothes rack, no chair in room, fans running at one speed, noisy a/c, filthy walls, ... I can go on. Never will I use Oyo services again. I would ideally want a full refund for this is not I pay good money for. God knows how anyone can give this propety a 5 rating.
