This 160 m² detached house is arranged over a raised ground floor and an upper floor, offering generous living spaces ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The main living area includes a dining room, a comfortable lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a practical laundry room. Upstairs, there are four bright bedrooms: one with four single beds (90 cm each) that can be joined to form a double bed, another with a double bed (160 cm), a third with two single beds that can be made into a king-size bed (180 cm), and the last with a double bed (140 cm). There are two shower rooms and two toilets. A mezzanine, furnished as a relaxation area, invites you to read or unwind. The beds are made up upon arrival for a hassle-free stay. Minimum stay of 7 nights. In a peaceful setting, this family home will charm you with its comfort and quality furnishings. In the warmer months, you can enjoy lunch on the wooden terrace in the refreshing shade of the linden tree, with 1000 m² of private outdoor space (not fenced).
