Our room was on the third floor but there was a lot of noise from doors slamming, thumping sounds and footsteps running. Since the room was at the end of the hallway and on the top floor I thought it would be quiet. We left a day early because we couldn’t get any sleep.

We liked most everything EXCEPT WIFI. I was there for 3 days and was not able to use WIFI. If you need Wifi this place is not for you. Other than that we had a great time!! I had to go to other locations to do my work.

We don’t know anything about this hotel….3 days before we left for our drive, we tried to get the hotel on the phone, no one answered We tried, Best Western main reservation # tried AND Expedia rep tried…NO ONE ANSWERED. We were not going to drive 3 hours to find out the hotel was closed for some reason, we got another hotel before we left. I will not book with a place you can’t reach

The room was nice however I didn’t know that non smoking rooms you couldn’t smoke on private balconies which was why we stayed at this location. Will the front desk guy was awesome! Very helpful and informative. Always had a smile. Great customer service. I was very displeased with the local restaurants downtown Dillsboro were very rude customer service and the food at Haywood Smokehouse was recommended to us by someone and we wanted to try it. Horrible service personnel super rude and small place, food was not good, and really rude ppl. Will never go again! Would have just ate at casino if we had known how bad the service would be. Was disappointed in the hospitality of the locals in Dillsboro area, not welcoming at all!!! I’m am just being honest about my stay to help someone else decide on their stay. We won’t go back to Dillsboro but not because of this hotel it was actually good just not exactly as pictured on this app. Hated Cherokee Harrahs Casino like Murphy better!!

It is a very nice place to say, excellent continental breakfast. We stayed there and then the next day we went on the Smoky mountain train ride in Bryson City Tennessee.

Some of the staff were outstanding. Will and Debbie stood out. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Beds were very comfortable and the room well kept. Location by the river was pretty. Highly recommend the river view as the other side is a parking lot and some industrial buildings. Great value.
