Very nice hotel. The check-in process very efficient and quick. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was spacious and super clean. The bathroom was very clean and plenty of hot water with very good water pressure. The balcony overlooking the river was very relaxing, listening to the noise of the water flowing bye. The breakfast was plentiful with very good choices. The attendant at breakfast was very courteous and helpful. We definitely recommend for a good stay in the Sylva NC area.

The issue is we have allergies to Dogs. We had to go through 3 rooms to find one we could tolerate. I say that since out of an abundance of concern, we bring an air purifier when we travel anymore. The last room smelled of dog, as did most of the hotel's common areas. We realize that smart pet owners do not register their pets and merely sneak them in.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the amenities were wonderful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the river. The breakfast was you’re very good. The staff appeared anxious, but this could be because they appeared shorthanded.

I booked a king bed suite. When we checked in the first room we were given was currently occupiers by a guest. We went to the front desk and explained what happened and were given another room. The second room we were given was again occupied by another guest. We were then told the only room that was left was a queen bed room so we were unable to get the room that we paid for. The room had bugs crawling around the inside of the window. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Property was remote. That was the appeal. The 2nd floor and room Iwas in had had some water damage and leaking that really bothered my allergies. I woke up stuffy and the carpet fresh used in the hallway was overwhelming.

Could not see through the glass back door, needs replaced. Hot tub in room, (on) button damaged. Shower curtain too long and was a hazard. Shower leaking. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was terrible, we could not eat it.

Amazing !!!! Perfect place for a relaxing family trip. The view of the river from the balcony and the outdoor lounge area was beautiful. Employees were friendly and hotel was clean and very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area.
