Friendly checkin and out. Room very clean and spacious. The only thing i didnt like was the soda machine was $4 a bottle. 8 bucks for 2 bottles of pop.

Disappointed

Did not like the howling sound on and off day and night like old pipes howling. Don't know if these were air duct or plumbing line. Slept less than 3 hours. Also as soon as we turned dpwn our hall to the room it smelled like a commode overflowed, the valet blamed it on individuals smoking wacky tobaccy. The walks between room and dining or room and cadino was long.

When I go away I am use to having coffee and tea options in the room, since I do not drink coffee. Housekeeping did not come in all 5 days to change towels or replinish complimentary coffee for my mom. Whatever was there day 1, that was it. All I can say is the room was roomy and clean, so that's positive, but overall not on the level of Harrah's in New Jersey, but I wanted to visit to see what it was like. Good, just not great.

It wasn't the best.

First night, the power went out in the whole building. Was out several minutes. The next night, I was playing Blackjack and the power went out on the machine I was on. This morning, the fire alarm went off. Not very pleasant.

$500 for 1 night & the room was SO DATED!! Took 10 min to take a shower bc the water wouldn’t get hot. I was really disappointed considering $500 a night is ALOT of $! The wall paper was falling off- the bed covers looked like tea bags. Dirt under the edge of beds. Really disappointing. I understand it’s a casino downstairs locally but for this much $ was really really bad!

Harrah's Cherokee

I really enjoyed my stay at Cherokee Casino. Hotel was excellent, had a great time in the casino, and enjoyed the new Gordon Ramsey restaurants. Looking forward to returning soon for another visit.
