For the amount of money we paid and was charged an additional fee when we checked out, the room, service and establishment should have been top notch and it was not. As we were checking out we had 2 people on each side of us complaining about their rooms. None of the staff even smiled at you as you walked by them. It was just not an enjoyable stay.

It was great. Everyone so nice and helpful. Nice quiet rooms and comfortable beds. We were able to sleep soundly. We ate one night at the Wicked Weed, great fish plate and ribs. Breakfast was good to, had everything to offer us.

The best hotel in the WNC area!

This hotel is outstanding! Clean. Amazing service. Friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants on site as well as room service. ...and the rooms are excellent. Really! Other properties charge ridiculous rates for rooms this large, nice, and comfortable. The beds are some of the comfiest in the industry. I wish I'd have had more time for our stay here. The sovereign Census Designated Place of Cherokee is the home of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and a gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you can tear yourself away from this hotel, you'll experience very a very nice community full of just lovely people and unbeatable scenery and natural beauty.

It was a great time at Harrah’s but sadly the guest rooms have deteriorated, since we last stayed overnight. There has heavy dust in corners and around plugin behind nightstand, cracked lamp shade, hole in curtains, cracked and scuffed furniture. Room and bathroom was overall clean with comfy beds but it’s more like a 2 star room rating now. Just needs a refresher but everything else was great.

This resort is huge, clean, lots of food choices and options like spa. Being physically limited, I immediately inquired about mobility scooters. They have them. Very happy that this allowed me to access the areas I wanted to. Had a great time. Will definitely return!

Room was spotless. Hotel was quiet. Food choices were great something for everyone. Gaming area was clean and also busy but able to find machines and tables with no problem.
