Important Rules:

Watercraft not available in winter (October 15 – June 1)

Bringing your own watercraft to the lake is strictly prohibited

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of one storage area.

IMPORTANT:

Minimum booking age: 25.

Street parking is strictly prohibited. A fine of $1500 may be issued by patrol officers. Please respect this rule to avoid any issues.

Pre-Check-in Requirements:

All guests must complete a pre-check-in form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide, which is sent upon reservation confirmation.

Damage Protection Options:
We understand that accidents can happen. To give you peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options to protect both your experience and the property:

Damage Waiver

For a small one-time fee, this waiver covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear.

Coverage up to $85

Protects you from unexpected repair or replacement costs

Helps maintain the property in great condition

Non-refundable – Please report any damage before your departure.

Refundable Security Deposit

Alternatively, you can opt for a $800 refundable security deposit.

If no damage is found after your stay, the hold on your payment method will be released.

Processing can take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.

Additional Notes:

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Respect for neighbors and noise levels is essential.

In the winter (from November to April), a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended, as roads to the chalet are steep.

Due to the chalet’s new construction, heavy rains may cause the ground to be muddy and soft in certain areas.

Excellent connection with 125 Mbps, ideal for remote work and streaming.

TVs:

We have 3 smart TVs in the unit.

No cable channels

You can log in to your own accounts: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.

Fireplaces / Firewood:

Two fireplaces available:

Indoor and Outdoor (not accessible from November to April).

Don’t forget to bring your firewood and fire starters to fully enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace.

Pets:

Pets are welcome (max. 2 per booking).

Rules:

Maximum of 2 pets per chalet

Pets are not allowed on furniture

We encourage you to pay pet fees via EnsoConnect before arrival to ensure smooth check-in.
