Room was clean, bed was comfortable but heat could not keep up. Got up multiple times due to cold even though the thermostat set at 73 deg. Apparently the heating system underperforming for Room 418. Staff is griendly and helpful.

The customer service at the hotel is top tier. Every encounter I had with staff was phenomenal. However, the rooms seem a little dated. The televisions on the wall are outdated. Mine did not work at first but a tech came and fixed it. The shower seal was missing so the water created a puddle on the floor. The ironing board is small and the iron leaked all over the floor and my clothes.
