Honestly the people are very kind and sweet. However this property in need of a deep cleaning and overhaul. I feel bad for the owners seems they are overwhelmed but very kind. Appears to be people living here full time. The light in the bathroom did not work. The carpet floor felt wet for some reason. The chair was visibly molded and smelly. It looks like a science experiment in a Petri dish was dripped onto the chairs. A roach greeted us as well when we were going to change rooms because our door would not lock. We decided to go back to the unlocked room instead. This is the worst place I ever stayed in my life.
The guy who checked me in looked very unprofessional and asked me if I was staying there for “work” which offended me deeply. The room reeked of mold and I found later that there was mold growing on the mattress. The bed sheets were dirty and there were multiple stains on the couch in the room. There were also bugs attacking my legs as I sat in the room for no more than 15 minutes. I did not stay and couldn’t get my money back -would not recommend my worst enemy to stay here -10 out of 10.
Room needs a deep cleaning. Mold on wall under air conditioner, Moldy picture on wall. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom tub area needed deep cleaning. Room had a musty smell the entire time. We arrived late so not a whole lot of time to really inspect this room till the next morning. I would say it’s a definite 2 on the scale of hotels.
I got the room for the night, they were very accommodating but come to find out when I got there they said they did not allow service animals but Expedia has it listed they do and so did some place else. Needless to say I wasn’t able to stay there. Really disappointing that these places do not cater to people with disablities like they should. My service animals are well behaved and I pick up after myself and my children. I would have booked longer but oh well I won’t again.
