I rent a suit when I tell the lady in the counter she want to charge me $66 dollars extra for a suit I walk on Tuesday for breakfast at 8:45 no bread no juice and no fruit everything was poor I don’t like the experience there

We did not have a coffe maker in our room we asked for it a couple of times. We also did not receive clean towels daily. The pool has been down since July so we could not access that and other people staying there were loud and disrespectful

Extremely rude staff. Waited 20 minutes at check-in while staff stood outside and smoked. Room was in the high 90’s when we got in and extremely humid. Turned air on and went to dinner to leg room cool down. 45 minutes later still very warm. TV was not straight forward and had to switch inputs- instead of explaining that the staff begrudgingly came to my room to fix it like I was an idiot. Room wasn’t very clean. No tub stopper- for bathing my child. Exterior was filthy and littered with trash. There was a single story building on the side with people sitting outside being very loud smoking and drinking with large aggressive dogs. Wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible the bed sheets were very wrinkled, the pillows look like they took 3 queen pillows cut them in half to make 6 small pillows. The chair and ottoman was so dirty have to use bath towel and 2 hand towels for the arm. Breakfast was sad sad. I could leave quick enough. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone.
