The staff was absolutely amazing! We were in town for a cheerleading competition, and my wife put a picture of our daughter in her uniform on our door. The maid saw the picture and noticed her in the hallway and told her how beautiful she was and wished her luck, and gave her a hug. The sweetest woman ever! I can’t say enough about the entire staff! Great people.

Terrible! My air did not work in my room, I got no sleep and can probably be seen walking the halls at 3:30am trying to get some air……there was no hot water, maintenance was called to my room to get the hot water working And he was BLEEDING all over my room!! I was told by the office manager that I would get a full refund and then I never received a refund!!! This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hampton Inn!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It was just ok

The room was definitely not the cleanest. The hallway smells of roach spray. The breakfast was good. Service desk was excellent. Bathroom was dirty and carpet was dirty. Hallway leading to the room smells sour.

I wish they'd get the hot tub fixed. I guess most people don't care, but this is an amenity I look forward to. This was the second time we had stayed there with the two stays separated by about two months, and both times they said they were "waiting for a part."
