Front Desk was prompt in giving me another room when I checked in due to someone being in the room that I reserved. New room was very small and had residue/mold around door seal, which I decided to clean myself, figuring the rest of the rooms must look the same plus it was late and I was tired.

The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!

Staff was great , the hotel is not ! It’s a hangout spot for crackheads and it use to smell good but now it’s cigarettes smoke throughout the building the exterior security doors are broken so anyone can just walk in , the rooms lack TLC and overall not a safe place to stay in my opinion
