This hotel appears to host long-term workers and transient families. The elevator smelled like BO/dirty laundry and the carpet in the room was sticky. GROSS! My room allowed for smoking and smelled bad, but I guess the interim apartment aspect allows for it. There was no coffee pot, which is also the mark of an extended stay hotel. - The desk clerk was friendly and funny, but I will never stay here again.
To be honest the staff especially Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China are excellent in customer service and people skills. The General Manager however is a passive aggressive female who needs an attitude adjustment and cannot exist without her excellent staff. I debated whether to stay here or not but as long as I never saw her it was fine. My stay as always was a work trip. I don't need extra stress from the likes of GM Kelly whose primary purpose should be to ensure her guests are stress free. I see through her very easily and probably will not return here in the future if she's still the General Manager. The five stars are for Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China.
The room dysfunctional. The bath tub spout was turned to the left. When you ran water in the sink hair came up from the drain as the water ran. Additionally, I killed to bugs while in the room. The bright spot was the bed was very comfortable.
There was no one at the front desk, seen more than one ROACH in my room, don’t care that it was out of date but it was DIRTY. Checked out in the middle of the night and they wouldn’t give me another room so I left and slept in my car

The refrigerator doesn't work properly-was changed with another after our complaint
The attitude people was very taunting in the hotel and on the beach...and more challenging....
I was not able to stay at the property it was in such bad shape. Bathroom was dirty, hole punched in bathroom door, smelled bad.
I would like a credit on this room please
Hotels.com sucks! I messaged them in real time to say I felt unsafe. They said I will not get a refund. The staff member at the hotel couldn't even pull up my confirmation without me forwarding my confirmation. Which I also have proof of. When I was leaving she asked me why and I said I do not feel safe with all these intoxicated men all over the property watching me and listening to you give me my room.
