I was really nervous in regards to staying at a hotel as I'm going through some tough times & was embarrassed when I showed up at the front desk. The management includingJoan, Jessica & Reena are the most caring, kind, helpful, & personable people that I've ever met. I'm so thankful for them!! The hotel is amazing as well if you're looking for privacy, security, cleanliness, and a great deal for sure.

everything was great they even helped make sure we kept her room since it was paid for ahead of time when we had issues with the rental car and how late the flight was getting in. the staff was amazing in the way they helped us through everything and getting supplies for the room. the first room had trouble with the toilet and they fixed it very quickly and had no problem switching us to a different room. I want to thank them because it was really hard losing my mother and when things got crazy they were there to help! They treated you like family! we will definitely stay there again and recommend them.

The ceiling was leaking water over the toilet couldn't even sit without getting wet. Tub was dirty. Ill never go back. But the staff was really nice gave me extra towels to soak up the water.

Rooms are always dirty. The floor was sticky, crumbs still on counter, Bed not made, toilet had pubic hair on it and didn’t flush properly. The plumbing here is bad I’ve been in three different rooms and the toilet doesn’t flush right in any of them. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even to my worst enemy. The staff is nice, but that doesn’t make up for how dirty this place is.

We went in and looked around and left. The walls had like bullet holes in them with duck tape over the holes, there were no towels, the tub was filthy the place had an awful smell and there were roaches and spiders in the draws. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME!

I booked through the Expedia app. I indicated there were three adults. There were two bath towels in the room. There were no hand towels or face cloths. The front desk phone went unanswered, so I went to the desk. I was told they only issue two towels. I could get the face cloths; no hand towels available at the moment. I was given two face cloths. If I wanted more I would have to pay extra. Also, the add on Expedia said free WiFi. However, only one device per room could be connected for free. The credit card indicated Choice hotel. I recommend Choice and Expedia disassociate from this establishment. It is not up to any standards.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed… I’d have to say sleeping on rocks deployed to Iraq was more comfortable. This place had a TV though…. Had to request a remote control🤔. First room I was offered had an A/C unit that was crazy loud. Switched me to a “newly renovated room.” Maybe it was renovated 20 years ago. Likely a standard line vice apologizing for the poor room. First room looked cleaner and renovated. Just needed one night, i sucked it up!
