This spacious 9-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home, set on 7.5 private acres, is perfect for up to 28 guests. The main floor features a chef’s kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, plus a walkout to the deck. The second floor boasts a master suite with a private bathroom, three additional bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. A unique mid-level bedroom includes a dedicated workspace. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, two sofa beds, a game room, and a walkout to the pool. Every detail is brand new, ensuring a luxurious stay.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all 9 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and communal spaces like the living rooms, dining room, and chef’s kitchen. Outdoor amenities include the oversized deck, inground pool, built-in hot tub, and spacious yard. The lower-level game room and additional living spaces are also available for your enjoyment. With prior approval, pets are welcome for an additional fee. The property is designed for your comfort and privacy, ensuring an exceptional stay.

The size of the home was wonderful, plenty of space, bathrooms were plentiful. Mattresses on beds were very comfortable. Location was great for a wedding at Arrow Park Venue.

DO NOT RENT. Although the house and pool were fine (albeit a bit dirty), we had a very negative experience due to poor mgmt of major plumbing issues. On our first day (Thurs) we discovered that two of the four showers had fully clogged drains. We reached out to mgmt, who acknowledged our message but did absolutely nothing. We were down to 2 showers for 24 people. Friday, we lost hot water. We again reported this urgent issue. Mgmt didn't send anyone out to the property until Saturday evening. We were all unable to shower, and the dishwasher wasn't working properly due to lack of hot water. When the maintenance guy came on Saturday night, he didn’t have the access code to the room housing the hot water heater. He told us could not get the code because the owners were unreachable. He left without fixing the hot water, and the person we were chatting with on VRBO apologized but didn't do anything else to try to fix it. Hot water is a basic necessity, an expectation for any property, let alone one that we paid more than 7k to rent. We assumed that such a major failure would be met with, at the very least, a partial refund. On July 22, they said they'd look into it and get back to us. We wrote a few more times to check in and they did not get back to us until July 28, when they again said they would look into it and get back to us. As of now we are still waiting for a resolution.
