Need to catch up on work? An office space off the living room with a desk and chair is ready for you.
To the rear is a cosy living area with TV and seating off of which is a large conservatory with large dining table and chairs.
To the right of the ground floor is a convenient W/C and beyond that a modern galley kitchen with all amenities which opens up into the conservatory.
Utility Room
Convenience meets practicality with a washer and dryer at your disposal.
Outdoor Space
The landscaped garden features a large patio, outdoor furniture, and a summer room which can sleep an additional 2 guests.

To the right hand side a spacious double bedroom with double bed with en suite (with walk in shower).

Two additional bedrooms one with bunk beds and one with a single bed are to the far left of the property.

Chester is a picturesque city in northwest England, renowned for its historical landmarks, shopping and dining scene, beautiful scenery and family-friendly activities. With an array of options to suit all tastes, visitors can explore the Roman walls, medieval cathedral, designer outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants. Families can enjoy award-winning attractions such as the Chester Zoo and Grosvenor Museum, while nature enthusiasts can take scenic walks along the River Dee or through the city's many parks and gardens.
Other Things to Note:
The house is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
We have a travel cot and high-chair available. No linen is provided for the travel cot, so you will need to bring your own. This is a standard size travel cot and does not have extra mattress.
Usual check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
